Today’s organisations employ teamwork to achieve their objectives. "Command and Control" makes way for "Co-operation and Collaboration". It’s easy to say but not so easy to do! Each team member is often a specialist in their own right and the team leader and individual group members can sometimes struggle to understand their colleagues’ behaviour and attitudes.

Whether a team member or a team leader, this programme is designed to help delegates understand why and how teams can work to best effect.

Four main elements are covered on this one-day programme - creating the team, maintaining it, how it relates to others and dealing with team issues. Delegates will also learn about conflict resolution in practical terms with handy hints and checklists for future reference.

	Balancing the task, team and the individual.

This programme is tailored to meet the delegates’ specific needs. It is run in-house or at a venue of the client’s choosing. Maximum attendance - eight delegates. The programme is practical and based on realistic methods learned and practised during a twenty year career in HR, Training and Development.
